After years of using various briefs - tranquility, abena M4, molicare, wellness superio, tena and ID slip, we have settled on seni briefs for full time wear. The quattro at night and the purple or green for day. These are super quiet to change and wear. Put them on tightly so they don't sag. They can contain bowel voids even in the thin briefs because of their great coverage and elastic waist. They can also be put on standing - like in a stall or a changing room. They are also thin and easy to carry. Insurance for disabled covers them - 5-7 per day. Use a plastic pant and a support pant on top. Good for running biking and execising.
